Led by Briana Lyndon, LMFTA, and Sam James, Executive Function Coach, this group will provide a space for sharing, learning, and growing. Whether you're newly diagnosed, have been managing ADHD for years, or your child/loved one has an ADHD diagnosis, and you have begun seeing similar qualities in yourself, you'll find valuable insights and strategies to help you understand the unique workings of your brain.
