  • Perfect Pairings: The art of pairing food and wines is demonstrated to an intimate group. Chef Okan and a guest sommelier share insight on the wine characteristics, grapes and pairing with the flavor of the dishes. Generous wine pours and delicious bites abound as long-lived wine myths are debunked, and your appreciation of pairing wines expands. Friday, October 18 | 2 p.m. | Salon Foyer
  • Latin-Inspired al fresco Dinner and Cocktails : Savor impeccable Latin cuisine with paired cocktails and al fresco dining with ocean views. Acclaimed Chefs collaborate to lead an exploration of New World flavors from Latin America. They're joined by a master mixologist

  • Chefs Theater : Salt restaurant Chef Okan Kizilbayir refreshes the traditional cooking school format with an intimate gathering around the demonstration table to learn how to prepare two themed entrees and a dessert.   • Amelia Island Cookout: Meet and mingle with extraordinary chefs as they take their best work out of the kitchen and bring it outdoors for a cookout.
