Join Marti Parti’s second intensive, March 17-19th 2023! There is only a small number of tickets available so be sure to get them quickly!

Early Bird Pricing till January 1st, 2023 is $150, Regular Pricing till March 1st, 2023 is $175, and Late Pricing till March 12th, 2023 is $200. Holy Shit I Forgot Pricing till March 16th, 2023 is $250.

Just Meet and Greet tickets $10. Just Parti tickets (limited number available) are $45. Just Open Space tickets are $35.

There are payment plans available, as well as limited volunteer and scholarship slots. The sooner you reach out about volunteering/scholarships, the better.

Below are some details, but complete information will be sent in a welcome email after you purchase tickets.

Water, soda and light snacks will be provided. Potluck items are welcomed at all parts of the weekend, with an emphasis on Friday’s meet and greet and Sunday’s open space.

There is a discord server for attendees to connect prior to the event, please message for an invitation. There is also a 3 hour meet and greet (8p-11p) Friday night before the intensive. Plus the [Marti Parti Fetlife Group][https://fetlife.com/groups/225302].

There will essentially be two tracks for the intensive: an edge play track and a general kink track, you are welcomed to take classes from each track.

Determining Your Risk Profile by Lee Harrington

The world is full of risks, but each of us have different levels of willingness, capacity, and interest in taking the risks we might come across in our life. The same is true in our kinky pursuits. In this class we will look at what a risk profile is and how to decide what choices we might feel comfortable with around physical risks, legal repercussions, emotional fallout, potential psychological damage, (mis)communication possibilities, and the effects some play can have on our relationships. From Gambler’s Fallacy and trauma bonding to altered states and disproportionate effects risks can have on some populations, this will be a wild ride. Though open to all attendees, buckle in as we will be discussing a variety of “edge play” activities as well as things people might consider immoral, illegal, inappropriate, dubious, and dangerous.

Head, Hair, and Face Bondage by Lee Harrington

We look out into the world through our eyes, listen to it with our ears, breathe in every breath through our nose and mouth, and communicate our desires with smiles, sparkling looks and verbal conversation. It is understandable why for many people, facial bondage is an invasion of personal space, an intimate form of play, and a hot way to get someone’s attention. We will begin with making rope gags, tying hair bondage, and creating quick face ropes, but by the end of the class you will even be able to construct a complex head cage! Don't let length of hair, extensions, or weaves hold you back though - we will share ideas on how to make this type of play accessible to everyone. Bring a 20-30 foot piece of 2-4mm line (nylon, parachute cord, hemp – whatever works for you) for the head cage, plus a 20-30ft piece of 6mm line for gags and face ties. (Will have very limited loner supplies)

Reassessing the Stoplight System - A personalized safeword workshop by Mollie

*Please come prepared to discuss and take notes if you're the writing and brainstorming kind of person!*

Whether you are new to the scene or a veteran of 100 kink conventions, you have probably heard of (and put some thought into) safewords. Should you have one? Do you need one? Do you need three? Ultimately, all safewords have a goal of: succinct, direct communication after play has already started, when using straight-forward, spoken sentences is sub-optimal or impossible. To that end, many of us have adopted the "stoplight" system of safewords where "Green" means "Go!", "yellow" means "slow down", and "Red" means "Stop!". There are reasons why this system has worked well for many of us...but is it actually the best system for everyone? We all play, and love, and communicate differently, and I think it's time we gave the stoplight system an overhaul to make it work for us, rather than trying to fit our needs into such a small range. In this workshop we will go over common approaches to mid-scene communication from plain english sentences, to safewords, to drop objects, and how and where those methods are most useful to us. Then we'll have some personal time to identify our most common individual needs during play, and how we might best communicate those to someone else in the middle of play. Then we'll come back together and discuss our choices as we help each other formulate a concise, personalized method of sharing information in the middle of our scenes.

Sadistic and Sensitive by MiaACTION

This class is for people who want to be consensually vicious, cruel and ruthless during playtime, but sometimes find that the parts of themselves that are compassionate, people pleasing, shy, or uncertain, are at odds with those desires. Despite popular belief, these qualities do not have to be at odds with being sadistic. When harnessed effectively, sensitivity is an asset (and even necessity) for engaging in sadomasochistic play. This workshop discusses some of the ways that sensitivity can seem like an obstacle in kink, and how to reframe and harness that sensitivity to strengthen your skills as a sadist.

Whip It by Papa Scott

In this class block you will learn how to use a leather single tail whip with accuracy and ease. We will talk about technique, style and skills. There will be plenty of practice time! Don’t have one? No problem you will be receiving one in your swag bag!

Photos are NOT allowed in the main area of the play space. This means the bar, stage and social area with sofas are NO photo zones!

Photos are allowed in the small rooms like the jail cell, wrestling room, make up room etc.

COVID Policy

This event will adhere to all gathering restrictions in the state of Pennsylvania and will do their best to adhere to all CDC recommendations within the limitations of the space.

Vaccinations are mandatory. Must be fully vaccinated before March 3rd, 2023.

Must be boosted if you completed the main vaccine series 8+ months ago (July 2022).

Attendees are encouraged to wear PPE as needed for their own safety and comfort.
