Not “holding it together.”Just being human, in a room where you don’t have to explain yourself.The Truth Circle is a gathering where we slow down, soften, and come back into the body, together.A space to exhale, sip something warm, and let the nervous system finally land.

<h3>✨ What is the Truth Circle?</h3>The Truth Circle is a gentle, grounded community space rooted in connection, presence, and real conversation.It’s for people who:<ul><li>Feel like they’re always “on”</li><li>Carry more than they realise</li><li>Crave depth, warmth, and real connection</li><li>Just need a place to rest and be held — without fixing anything</li></ul>No masks. No pressure to share. No need to be “healed” to belong.You come exactly as you are.

<h3>🌙 What we’ll be doing</h3>Each circle is intuitively guided and may include:<ul><li>Gentle grounding &amp; breathwork to help your body feel safe</li><li>Soft movement to release tension from the shoulders and chest</li><li>Space for reflection, sharing (only if you want to), and listening</li><li>Ancestral and earth-based wisdom woven in from my travels</li><li>Warm lighting, cosy energy, and a cup of tea in your hands ☕️</li><li>Music, silence, and moments to simply feel</li></ul>You’ll leave feeling:<ul><li>Lighter</li><li>More present</li><li>More connected — to yourself and others</li><li>Like you’ve finally had a deep exhale</li></ul>
