Join us for an afternoon filled with insightful discussions, thought-provoking ideas, and unforgettable stories. Reserve your free ticket beginning July 17.On Sunday, September 10, 2 p.m. the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and the Harry W. Bass School of Arts, Humanities, and Technology welcome you to hear USA Today bestselling and #1 international bestselling author of historical novels, Alyson Richman, and corporate lawyer, turned diversity, equity and inclusion activist, Shaunna J. Edwards, in conversation with Dr. Yvette E. Pearson, vice president of diversity, equity and inclusion, and Dr. Nils Roemer, dean of the Bass School. The authors will discuss their endearing friendship, what they learned about each other and themselves while collaborating on The Thread Collectors, and the message of hope infused in their work.A reception and book signing will follow the talk.
