Juneteenth is a celebration of freedom, resilience, and the unshakeable human spirit. It commemorates the day when the last enslaved African Americans in Texas were finally informed of their liberation, two and a half years after the Emancipation Proclamation.
In the spirit of this profound historical moment, we're offering our own "Free Game" - a generous sharing of wisdom, insights, and practical tips for freeing your relationships from the shackles of unhealthy patterns, societal expectations, and limiting beliefs.
- Can you truly be free in a relationship if you're constantly seeking validation from your partner?
- How can we break free from the expectation that love should be a constant struggle or sacrifice, and instead embrace joy and ease in our connections?
- Is it realistic to expect one person to fulfill all of your emotional and sexual needs, or is that an unfair burden?
In a world where we're constantly bombarded with messages about what love should look like, it's more important than ever to claim our own freedom to define and design our relationships authentically.
