The Teddy Ball

C4K’s mission is to raise money through our charity events to support and fund other kids and youth organizations on a local, state, federal, and global level. C4K is truly a non-profit meaning that the board members do not take a salary and dedicate their time and resources for free. "We don't put on just any event, it's an experience," say founder Nino Venturella. "We want to help promote and bring awareness to other non-profits in the community that may not have the resources or ability to organize niche events."

Cruise 4 Kids is hosting their 6th annual Teddy Ball on Saturday, November 24, 2018 to raise money and collect Teddy Bears for sick and underprivileged children. The Teddy Ball is a high energy black-tie holiday celebration held at the Town & Country San Diego which brings together San Diego's finest for this “beary” exclusive and un”fur”gettable charity event.

As guests enter they will be treated to a paparazzi experience on the red carpet on their way to a night of festivities which includes live DJ, dancing, balloon drop, multiple bars, exotic cars, a huge pile of teddy bears, raffles, silent auctions, magicians, photos with Santa & Elves, photo booth, candy buffet and exclusive VIP Lounge. The Teddy Ball will collect over 1,500+ new Teddy Bears and place them in the ballroom in one large display called the Teddy Wall. Guests enjoy submerging themselves into the Teddy Wall for photos opportunities.
To attend each guest must:

<LI>Bring a new stuffed teddy bear to donate or purchase one at the door for $20</LI>

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
21+ 
 
Do I need to bring a Teddy Bear?
Yes. If you show up without a teddy bear, one can be purchased at check-in for $20. 
 
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Valet and Self parking available on site for a fee. Self-parking $8, Valet parking $15, Overnight $20
 
What is the Dress Code? (Strictly Enforced)
Men: Black-Tie MANDATORY - Tuxedo or full suit including jacket and tie. No Jeans. 
Woman: Gown or cocktail attire
 
Is there food being served or can be purchased?
No food is being served or can be purchased at the Teddy Ball. In the VIP Lounge tray passed appetizers and desserts will be served. We recommend guests make plans to eat prior to Teddy Ball. The hotel has several locations on site that serve food. 
 
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Printed or digital version
 
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Purchaser must be the same person on ticket.
