The Sunset Session: Flow &amp; Feast is more than a yoga class; it's an invitation to unwind, connect, and nourish both body and spirit on a stunning rooftop with sweeping city views.We'll begin with a gentle yet energizing yoga flow designed to help you release the week, followed by a chef-crafted, wellness-focused dinner served al fresco as the sun sets. Expect fresh, seasonal ingredients, great conversation, and the kind of Friday night vibe your nervous system will thank you for.Whether you're coming solo or with friends, this is your chance to stretch, savor, and soak up the beauty of summer evenings from a new perspective.What’s Included:<ul><li>60-minute rooftop yoga session (all levels welcome)</li><li>Seasonal, nourishing dinner prepared by a wellness chef</li><li>Sunset views + relaxing ambiance</li><li>Body and mind nourishment to reset and welcome in Autumn.</li></ul>Bring: A yoga mat, water, and an appetite for good food and good energy (and libations if imbibing).Limited spots available—reserve yours early. Movement is my language—it heals me and keeps me connected to my true, authentic nature. Yoga led me to my purpose (Dharma).When you attend one of my classes, I aim to create a space where you can explore your body, mind, and heart in a way that’s accessible, relatable, and sprinkled with a touch of humor. My goal is always to meet you where you are—and gently, lovingly nudge you to experience more than you thought possible.I hope you walk out of my class feeling AWAKENED, BRAVE, and filled with a little more GRACE.
