About The Continental Room... it's a historic bar and live music venue that has been a staple of the local nightlife scene since its opening in 1925. Originally known as J.L. Leon's Billiards, it served as a speakeasy during Prohibition. Over the decades, the venue has undergone several transformations, with significant renovations completed in 2002 to restore its vintage charm.
Patrons can enjoy a variety of well-crafted cocktails, including specialty martinis like the 714, key lime, and mango varieties. The bar also offers a selection of beers and a full range of alcoholic beverages. The interior is designed to reflect a 1960s lounge aesthetic, featuring vintage booths and tables, including a VIP section with a booth that once belonged to Tommy Lasorda, the former manager of the Los Angeles Dodgers. This is definitely the place to be if you want to switch things up!
