The studio is a self care practice and workshop for creatives, entrepreneurs, and visionaries. In this 3 hour practice and workshop we will cultivate space to release mental blockages, be guided through a meditation and yoga sequence rooted in creativity and play, and identify the ways self care influences our work and community. This is an inclusive workshop - all will be welcomed, seen and supported.
Your ticket includes:

<LI>Guidance through the workshop which focuses on 3 main components: yoga and meditation, communal discussion/goal setting for the multi-creative and creative play.</LI>
<LI>Materials for the creative play exercise.</LI>
<LI>Light snacks and refreshments.</LI>
</UL>
Attendees should bring a yoga mat (preferred) or cushion and a notepad.
