What should I bring?

Bring your own water, good vibes, and your best workout set — we’ll be capturing a few moments throughout the event. Everything else is covered — from grip socks and snacks to bevvies & more!

Can I take pictures or record videos during the event?

Absolutely! We love seeing your content! Feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you’d like — just make sure to tag us on Instagram @formandfunction.collective so we can repost!

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive at Strong Pilates Wellington West by 2:00 PM. This will give your instructor time to walk you through the in-studio Rowformer before class begins at 2:15 PM.
