Join LumiVita Wellspa, Seviin Yoga, and Rikki McCoy for an intimate wellness evening in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month.Designed to nurture both mind and body, this complimentary experience invites guests to slow down, reconnect, and restore inside LumiVita’s beautifully curated Sedona-inspired wellness sanctuary in Midtown Atlanta.The evening will feature a guided wellness experience led by Rikki McCoy, an RYT 500 yoga instructor, sound healer, and breathwork facilitator. Guests will enjoy 30 minutes of gentle, grounding yoga followed by a 30-minute immersive sound bath meditation using sound bowls and meditative frequencies designed to support relaxation, mindfulness, and restoration.The experience will also include: • Complimentary B12 injections • Guided tour of LumiVita Wellspa • Light refreshments • Community connection + mindful minglingAt LumiVita, we believe healing begins with intentional spaces and experiences that support stillness, restoration, and self-care. Inspired by the calming energy and earthy beauty of Sedona, our Wellspa was thoughtfully designed to create a sense of grounding, balance, and renewal from the moment you walk through the door.Yoga mats will be provided.
