Event description

Description

Join Tim Davies for this discussion based on his forthcoming co-edited collection for IDRC, The State of Open Data: Histories and Horizons. This book looks at how openness has helped shape current critical awareness of problems of data governance, and questions what kind of leadership, data literacy building and principles will be needed for open data to play a role into the future. How should open data communities interact with work on AI, big data, and data justice? Share your insights to help shape future conversations and proposals.
