You are cordially invited to join us for a celebration of the divine feminine, to cocreate a sacred space for sound to flourish and resonate. We will be working with two sacred medicines, cacao and (optional) hapé to help shift the collective energy and anchor in divine frequencies for healing.
Cacao is a food of the gods as well as a medicine. Known as "sangre de corazon" it has been used traditionally for thousands of years to heal the heart. It helps to have an intention for how you would like to move the energy!
Please bring your own mug! There will be a limited number of mugs available at the studio.
Feel free to bring a rattle, drum or other instrument, or just bring your voice. Sounding is completely optional but we will be creating a safe space for the energy to move through. There will be time for sharing at the end!
Feel free to bring flowers, fruit or herbs to bless the altar with!
Jeff will be serving optional hapé, which is a ceremonial form of tobacco administered in the nostrils which creates a grounding, often cleansing or balancing effect.
After the journey we will be sharing potluck style if you would like to bring a healthy snack!
