The Space In Between...

Allison is a holistic coach who works with women who desire to live their most joyful, magical lives. She uses coaching, yoga, breath work, and meditation as tools to help her clients move toward wellness, authenticity and self-love. She offers bodywork and pop-up yoga classes to both men and women. Allison’s mission is to spread joy, be a catalyst for change and to help others with what she has learned from her own life experiences.

What would happen if you had more SPACE...?

Join me for my May workshop to explore this concept of the space in between. We live in a time where we are busy, busy, busy. Productivity is rewarded in our society and is often a way we measure our worth. We rush around from one thing to the next. We strive to survive and we wear ourselves out. Our health suffers as a result- physically, mentally, and emotionally. What if things were different? What if we had more S P A C E ? What if we had time to pause and a chance to just BE? The space in between is the magic place where you can reconnect to your body, your intuition, and your higher self. It's a chance to rest, reset, and check-in with your heart. Don't let time (or perceived lack of) be your excuse for not giving yourself space. If you look closely, you can find small pockets of time that you can reclaim as your own and begin to create a more spacious way of life. I know from experience, that the to-do lists never go away, so no more waiting until everything is crossed off. The time to forget about time is now! We will be doing a short breathwork session, a guided meditation and writing in our journals. If you are curious about this idea, start today by signing up for this workshop!
