About this event

The Soulful Bachelorette/Birthday Yoga Experience. Celebrate the Bride and Bridal Party as you Indulge your senses in a soulful Yoga journey. Go where you are celebrated and loved. Tap in. Relax and feel good about the skin you're in. Choose which type of Yoga Class you would like to experience. Kemetic Yoga (which is an ancient Yoga inspired from Egypt Africa), soothing Hatha Yoga, or an upbeat Vinyasa Flow. Classes are beginner friendly.

Your Soulful Bachelorette/Birthday Experience: The Beach, the Park or your favorite location. Group size is up to 13 attendees. Add $10 for each additional person.

75 minutes of personalized Yoga or Meditation. Tailored for the Bride.
Exercise Dance Class available
Musical playlist that honors and celebrates the Bride
Djembe drummer and Soundbowls also available

Please bring:

Water to sip on. Staying hydrated is important during class.
Yoga Mat, beach towel or blanket. Yoga Mats are not mandatory.
Yoga Mats are available for rental if preferred.
Wear what you are comfortable in to move and flow.

Yogababe Studio creator, Yogababe Rocki, innerstands how important it is to be welcomed and to be celebrated. Healing, embracing, and celebrating YOU are the foundations of her classes. A Yoga teacher and Exercise Fitness Expert for almost 2 decades, her goal is to inspire and uplift her students and clients.

Yoga Guide and Motivational Speaker Rocki Roland, of Yogababe Studio, is passionate about helping others unlock their unlimited potential. Yogababe Studio Workshops and classes are a stepping stone to bring forward your personal shine. Certified in the healing arts of Meditation, Reiki and Pranic Healing in addition to various types of Yoga including Egyptian Yoga; she guides her clients to release emotional blocks and physical limitations. Rocki currently serves as the Official Yoga Teacher for the City of Miramar under the leadership of Mayor Wayne Messam. Also bringing Yoga and Fitness classes to collaborate with Miramar Commissioners and Government officials in various cities. A gifted Clairvoyant and Medium, Rocki has worked with Law officials as well as private clients around the world. The Yogababe Studio philosophy is: You are a babe. A YOGABABE.
