The Solo Lab is a weekly performance workshop designed for artists developing one-person shows, monologues, storytelling pieces, or any kind of solo theatrical work.

This workshop provides a safe, supportive space to test new material, refine ideas, and build your show one week at a time. Each session includes up to eight performers sharing ten minutes of work, followed by gentle, real-time audience response.

Whether you’re shaping a brand-new piece or revising a script already in motion, The Solo Lab gives you structure, encouragement, and a creative community that helps you move forward.
