Join us for an evening event at the Taylor Observatory!

Through the magic of Taylor Observatory's state-of-the-art planetarium, take a virtual tour of the Solar System. Let Angelo, your cosmic driver, fly you to the Sun, the planets, and many of the moons, asteroids, and comets that make up our Solar System. Where does the Solar System come from, and what will be its ultimate fate?

Whether you're a seasoned astronomer or just curious about the cosmos, this event promises to be an unforgettable experience. This event is open to all Lake County families.

7:30-8:30: Planetarium Show
8:30-11:00: Tour of the night sky and telescopes

This event will be hosted by Lake County Office of Education's astronomy expert, Angelo Parisi.

  • Children under 5 are free
  • Adults are $10 each
  • Students are free
  • Families of 4 or more can register for a discounted price together for $5.
