The Social Group - Colorado

My Being Counseling will be hosting The Social Group weekly on Saturdays from 7-8 p.m. There is an optional one hour afterwards to further connect with group members.

Are you interested in meeting new people, expanding on your social skills, or trying something new? This group is for you.

The group will focus on topics, such as self-care, communication, and healthy relationships. There will be opportunities to share your own experiences, recieve support, and give support to others.

There is no charge for this event.
