CALL FOR POSTER SUBMISSIONS:

The Feinstein Institutes for Medical Research and The University of Minnesota invite you to submit a poster for consideration for presentation at the Sixth Bioelectronic Medicine Summit: ‘Neurotechnologies for Communities & Individuals.’

We encourage you to submit your recent work in Bioelectronic Medicine with an emphasis on using advanced technology to treat disease and injury.

There are limited number of slots available for poster presenters, please see below for further details and instructions.

Poster Submission General Information:

• Deadline to submit is November 1, 2024, at 11:59 pm EST.
• Acceptance decisions will be made by December 6, 2024, at 11:59 pm EST.
• Three posters will be nominated for the scientific committee by December 13th and invited to oral presentation during the symposium.

If selected, submissions will be eligible for publication in “Bioelectronic Medicine;” submission fees for publication will be waived for the three winners.

If selected for publication, additional information may be required under the guidelines presented here. It is the sole responsibility of the submitting author to meet and present any additional information required for publication.

Please follow prompts for all poster registrations when purchasing the conference ticket.

Please prepare your poster and note the following specifications:

The dimensions of the poster board on which you will display your poster are a maximum of 30 inches high by 40 inches wide. Please make certain that your poster does not exceed these dimensions.

The Sixth Bioelectronic Medicine Summit 2025 is being hosted at The Garden City Hotel.

Hotel Information:

NOTE: For all individual reservations the hotel has a 24- hour cancellation policy. Guests may cancel their individual room reservation up until 24 hours prior to their arrival without penalty. For cancellations made after 4:00PM the day before arrival one night room and tax will be charged. Should we exceed the limit on our hotel block, the conference venue will assist you in securing a room within a nearby hotel inclusive of transportation to and from the meeting, each day.

Check-in: Monday, March 3, 2025 at 4:00pm EST

Check-out: Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at 11:00am EST

Attendees MUST secure their rooms by contacting the hotel with event code 'BEM Summit 2025' - this will ensure you are booked under the event package.

Travel & Transportation:

• Air Travel: Air and land travel costs are not included or covered by the conference, please secure all travel in advance with your preferred vendor.

• Ground Transportation: Attendees can access all taxi services at your arrival airport or order transportation upon arrival. Costs are not reimbursed by the conference nor included in your ticket price. If you require assistance securing a return back to the airport, the conference hotel can assist you - please ensure to advise the front desk upon check-in.
