The Shift Summit

The Shift Summit, is a one-day conference designed to support early-career professionals strengthen their ability to collaborate across industries, leverage creativity, and develop solutions to complex social and economic challenges while connecting them to the future of Omaha.

This experience is built around three learning pillars:

Social Innovation, Economic Liberation, and Holistic Innovation.

Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of how their ideas, skills, and lived experiences can contribute to shaping a more innovative Omaha.

At its core, The Shift Summit exists to help the next generation of innovators move beyond networking and inspiration toward meaningful collaboration and action.
