The Self Space: Self-Care Workshop

The Self Space: Self-Care Workshop

Overview

Feeling overwhelmed by study, work, or life? You’re not alone. This 6-week Self-Care Workshop supports people feeling stressed or burnt out.

Feeling overwhelmed by study, work, or life in general? You’re not alone. This 6-week Self-Care Workshop is a supportive space for young people who are juggling study and feeling stressed, burnt out, or stretched too thin.

Across the program, we’ll explore what self-care really looks like and build practical tools you can actually use in everyday life. The group is relaxed, welcoming, and focused on helping you feel more balanced, confident, and supported.

Drop-in friendly - attend one session or as many as you like!

Each week we’ll cover topics such as:
🌱 Understanding the fundamentals of self-care
📝 Creating personalised self-care plans
🧠 Coping strategies for stress and overwhelm
💬 Practicing positive self-talk
🙏 Gratitude and wellbeing activities
