The Self-Funded Search Conference is the only conference dedicated exclusively to Self-Funded Searchers. This annual not-for-profit conference is hosted by the Self-Funded Search Association. 100% of all sponsorships and ticket proceeds will be directly used for this event, maximizing the value to you – the Self-Funded Searcher.

The goals of this conference:

• To educate, equip, and encourage current and prospective Self-Funded Searchers to succeed in the mission to identify, purchase, and transition ownership of a business.

• To bring together self-funded searchers, operators, advisors, and other professionals in the self-funded search ecosystem to provide knowledge and value-added insight to support the Self-Funded Searcher.
• To feature unique panels on sourcing acquisitions, structuring and submitting offers, performing business and financial due diligence, securing debt financing, conducting insurance and benefits diligence, legal diligence and documentation, negotiating with sellers, raising equity on the best terms possible, and more. Keynote speakers will address important topics such as the state of the market for self-funded searchers, maximizing effectiveness in post-closing operations, tactical best practices during the search, and more.
