The Scurry 2024

Mental illness is a serious public health issue in Greater Cincinnati and across the nation, with 1 in 5 people experiencing a mental health condition each year. Every spring, TiER1 Performance partners with local business owners and community members to activate mental health awareness through a unique fundraiser called The Scurry.

The Scurry will return for its 12th year on Friday, May 17, 2024. The event kicks off with a team competition (think CBS's The Amazing Race) featuring challenge stations throughout Covington, Kentucky, and concludes with an epic After Party at Covington Yard.

Since its launch in 2010, The Scurry has helped raise more than $300,000 for local mental health initiatives. This year’s event will benefit three organizations that support people on their mental health journeys: Lindner Center of HOPE, Children's Home of Northern Kentucky, and Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.

Whether you participate in The Scurry team competition with your colleagues and friends, serve as an event sponsor, or simply donate to the cause, there are several ways to get involved! Click "Get tickets" to register for the team competition, sign up to become an event sponsor, and/or make a donation. Learn more about this charitable event at thescurry.com.

How to Register a Team:

1. Click "Get tickets."
2. Scroll down to "Donations" and type $2,000 into the "Team Competition" section before clicking "Check out." If you're registering a team before February 29, type "$1,500" to score our early bird discount.
3. Share the following information for each team member: first and last name, email, and T-shirt size (unisex XS-5XL). If you have less than four team members or are unsure of your team members' information, please type "N/A" or "TBD" where appropriate.
4. Provide your Scurry team name.
5. Complete your billing and payment information.
6. Click "Place order" and look for confirmation sent to your email. (All team members will receive event updates to the emails provided.)

How to Register an Event Sponsor:

1. Click "Click "Get tickets."
2. Select one Event Sponsor ticket and click "Check out."
3. Select a sponsorship level for your organization. (If you select Gold, Presenting, or In-Kind, please complete the questions that follow. For Gold and Presenting sponsors, if you have less than four team members per team or are unsure of your team members' information, please type "N/A" or "TBD" where appropriate.)
4. Provide contact information for the person or people you'd like us to follow up with to discuss your organization's sponsorship.
5. Complete your billing and payment information.
6. Click "Place order" and look for confirmation sent to your email. (Someone from our team will also reach out about next steps.)

How to Donate:

1. Click "Click "Get tickets."
2. Scroll down to "Donations" and enter the monetary amount you'd like to donate in the "Event Donation" section before clicking "Check out."
3. Specify on behalf of which Scurry team you'd like to make your donation. Type "N/A" if you're not donating on behalf of a specific team.
4. Complete your billing and payment information.
5. Click "Place order" and look for confirmation sent to your email.

PAYMENT N OTE: TiER1 Performance is covering all processing and service fees for this event. Help us avoid these fees by completing your payment a different way! If you'd like to pay for your team registration and/or submit a donation via check, please address it to TiER1 Performance ATTN: The Scurry and send it to PO Box 18565, Fairfield, OH 45018-0565. You're also welcome to pay via Venmo (@TheScurry), but please make sure to specify your name, organization, and what the payment is for. ALL event sponsorships must be paid via check or Venmo. Once all donations have been collected at the end of the event, TiER1 Performance will split the total amount equally three ways and award the money raised to the event beneficiaries.
