The Science of Cheese Making

This class will focus on the basics of cheese making and provide a hands-on opportunity to make two different types of cheese!

All materials are provided in class. Space is limited to 12 people. Advance registration is required. Ticket sales end on March 28 at 5 pm. Checks are also accepted and must be received by March 28 by 5 pm.

If the class is full, please register for our waitlist. Each entry on the waitlist equals one ticket.

NOTE: Classes and events may be canceled at any time due to low registration or other circumstances, with full refunds issued for paid events. Similar classes or events are often offered on future dates.
