Whether you’re training for your first 5k or looking to run with more ease and fewer injuries, The Running Workshop is designed to help you move better, stretch smarter, and run stronger.You’ll learn how to care for your body before, during, and after your runs—improving not only your stride, but your overall running experience. <h3>What you’ll learn</h3><ul><li>How to warm up and cool down effectively</li><li>When and how to stretch before and after running</li><li>How to improve running mechanics and efficiency</li><li>Strength and mobility drills to reduce injury risk</li><li>Recovery strategies to support joints, fascia, and the nervous system</li><li>Tools to stay consistent and connected to your goal</li></ul>This is not a traditional run club that focuses on logging miles. Instead, it’s a movement-based course designed to support runners of all levels.
