Our monthly run clubs are back this summer so join us for an easy 3 mile run leaving from the Run RX!
We are again partnering with our neighbors across the street at Winter Hill Brewery and this month, NOBULL will be joining us with demo shoes for you to try and sock giveaways!
We meet at The Run Rx at 6:30 for an easy 3 mile (possible option for 5) shakeout run around the Mystic River. Please feel free to arrive anytime after 6, especially if you'd like to demo some shoes! Afterwards you can come back to The Run Rx for complimentary use of foam rollers, Normatec Boots AND free manual treatments if interested. Our PT's will be on hand to answer any injury or training questions you may have!
We will also be raffling off a FREE gait analysis! Only those who sign up for the event here and are present for the run will be entered. After you've cooled down, we encourage everyone to head across the street to Winter Hill Brewery for a cold beer and food.
