Meet up location details will be shared after registration. The Walk will be held on a scenic trail in the area with accessible paths.

What should I   bring?

Comfortable movement-friendly attire + Sneakers
An open mind and willingness to slow down
Optional: bring a journal, small blanket, mat or towel for reflection pause.

Do I  need experience?

This is a gentle, accessible walk meant for all levels. Feel free to move at your own pace.

Updates will be sent out prior to the event. In case of unsafe weather, the event may be rescheduled or adjusted.
