The Anchor and The Nap Ministry Presents: THE REST TEMPLE A practice of rest, stillness, silent ritual, and collective daydreaming. You can just be. Join us on Sundays, once a month, for a practice of rest. Nothing directed, no distractions, no phones, no performing. We will hold sacred space for rest and presence. Be with us. Sit or lay down. Daydream. Meditate. You can just be. Know before you go: <ul><li>Please bring things for your resting comfort, as desired– pillows, blankets, etc. We will have a limited number on site to support as well. </li></ul> <ul><li>We will have a phone check – leave your phone at home or in the car, or we will gently (and securely) store it onsite with our phone usher.</li></ul> Sunday Rest Temple dates: May 17June 14July 26August 16 September 13
