The Release Room Guided Journaling 6 Session Program
A six-session, biweekly, virtual guided journaling experience designed to support mental/emotional wellness through reflection and writing.
This experience centers journaling as a mental health support—not as a performance or productivity tool, but as a way to safely release what’s heavy, clarify what matters, and reconnect with oneself. Sessions include grounding practices, guided prompts, and optional group reflection, allowing participants to engage at their own comfort level.
The Release Room is inclusive of all identities, backgrounds, and belief systems and requires no prior journaling experience.
This experience may be especially helpful if you’re interested in:
● Individuals navigating stress, anxiety, depression, or life transitions
● Those seeking accessible, non-clinical mental wellness tools
● Anyone curious about journaling as a form of self-support
● Participants who value lived experience, reflection, and emotional growth
Each session offers participants a structured yet flexible space to process thoughts and emotions, increase self-awareness, and develop practical tools for stress relief and emotional regulation.
