A half day event for you to regulate your nervous system, break self sabotage and create lasting change in your life.

99% of society is living in a dysregulated state...and chances are, you’re part of that percentage.

But wtf does dysregulation mean and how is it affecting you?

Negative self-talk, self-sabotaging behaviours, anxiety, overwhelm, poor sleep, feeling always 'rushed' (the list goes on…) are often symptoms of a dysregulated nervous system.

Yet we were never taught how to regulate our nervous system...or how deeply it impacts our behaviour, habits and ability to truly enjoy life.

This event is designed to help you begin healing and regulating your nervous system so you can finally stay consistent with your goals, feel calm even in stressful situations, and live a healthier, more aligned life.

Nervous System Education - Understand why regulation is key to creating lasting change.

Movement & Embodiment Practises: Simple practices to help you get out of your head, reconnect with your body, and release built-up stress and tension.

Breathwork & Meditation - Learn practical tools to regulate your nervous system so you can feel calmer, clearer, and more in control, even in stressful moments.
