Local news is back on the North Shore, and we're going to celebrate. Join the online fun and fundraise for your new community news outlet

Thank you for supporting The Record North Shore! Prior to the event date, you will receive a website link to the virtual launch party, as well as one for the online auction, entertainment updates and more.

We are so excited and proud to restore North Shore local news that we just have to celebrate. While we&#x27;d much rather thank you and share a meal and drinks with you in person, it is not the safest time to do those things. But that doesn&#x27;t mean we can&#x27;t do them virtually! So plan accordingly for a night of fun, laughter and more as we celebrate The Record&#x27;s launch. Some of our entertainment includes: • Comedy with Bobby Tessel and Peter Lipsey• Musical performance from the talented Hsu sisters, of the Actors Training Center• Mixology with bartenders from 501 Local in Winnetka• <a href="https://www.biddingowl.com/TheRecord " target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">An online auction with big-time items</a>• Giveaways of wine, SWAG and moreAll proceeds support community-first, nonpartisan local news by The Record North Shore.ABOUT THE RECORD NORTH SHORE

The Record is a nonprofit, nonpartisan community news site founded by former news leaders at 22nd Century Media (publisher of The Wilmette Beacon, Winnetka Current, Glencoe Anchor and others). The mission of The Record is to provide thorough local news and sports coverage by being active in the community every day. The coverage will be posted daily to a news website and distributed via weekly newsletters and podcasts. As a nonprofit, The Record exists and will expand through the support of community members who value and enjoy reliable, independent local news.
