*We will be using yoga mats, so please feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer your own mat. The yoga mats will be placed on top of the pink salt, and we do ask that you either go barefoot in the salt cave, or you bring clean socks to wear (if you don't feel comfortable with either, we do have booties you can put over your feet).*

Heidi Wells is a Transformation and Emotional Wellness Coach who helps women break free from patterns of self-doubt, burnout, and people pleasing so they can reconnect with who they truly are. Heidi is passionate about helping women rebuild identity after divorce and/or fear-based faith (religion) systems.
With a background in biology and years of personal and professional experience, she brings together science-backed tools, somatic practices, and intuitive insight to support deep, lasting change. Based near Austin, she enjoys time with family, country dancing, crochet and believes the most powerful shifts happen when we stop abandoning ourselves and start listening within.
