About this event

With vocals, guitar, fiddle, mandolin, banjo, and bass fiddle, Matthew Sabatella and the Rambling String Band take you on a journey through America's past. Starting with the American Revolution, they perform songs that tell the story of the United States, with plenty of opportunities to sing along.

ABOUT THE JOHN KNOX VILLAGE CHOIR

The John Knox Village Choir comprises three choral ensembles: The Villagers, the Choristers, and the Chimers. These groups offer men and women the chance to engage in choral and musical education while reveling in the pleasure of singing. Moreover, they serve as ambassadors for John Knox Village through their public performances. Under the guidance of Musical Director Birgit Djupedal Fioravante and accompanied by Pianist Carolyn Morgan, the choirs convene for weekly rehearsals from September to May, culminating in Spring and Winter concerts held at the Cultural Arts Center at The Pavilion.
