What happens during a group inquiry session?

Each session focuses on patterns, reactions, or forms of suffering brought by participants. Through guided inquiry, reflection, discussion, and experiential exercises, we work together to examine the deeper structures beneath these experiences.

Do I need prior experience with The Process, meditation, or non-dual inquiry?

Accepted Answer

No prior experience is required. Beginners are welcome. Curiosity, openness, and a willingness to participate honestly are far more important than previous knowledge.

Do I need to speak during these sessions?

Accepted Answer

While it is not absolutely required, these sessions are not a lecture or passive workshop. No one needs to speak constantly, but participants should be willing to share when relevant to their experience or the group process. The power of these sessions come from what is shared by participants.

Will I be diagnosed or evaluated in front of the group?

Accepted Answer

No. These sessions are not group therapy, psychological treatment, crisis support, or medical care. They are guided inquiry spaces focused on examining how suffering is created and sustained through identification, resistance, polarity, and internal conflict.

What kinds of topics can I bring?

Participants are welcome to bring any recurring patterns, relationship dynamics, emotional reactions, fears, triggers, internal conflicts, or situations they would like to examine more deeply.

Who are these sessions not appropriate for?

Accepted Answer

These sessions may not be appropriate for people seeking advice, diagnosis, crisis intervention, or immediate solutions to life situations. They are also not intended for active mental health crises or psychological diagnoses.

Will there be meditation?

Accepted Answer

Sessions typically include grounding practices and a guided meditation toward the end of the inquiry, which is  an essential part of The Process.

Are sessions confidential?

Participants are asked to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others. What is shared within the group should remain within the group. In addition, please do not give unsolicited advice to those in the group or cross talk in any way.

Will my specific situation be addressed directly?

Accepted Answer

Group inquiry works with shared emotional structures and recurring human patterns that many people experience collectively. Private inquiry sessions are more appropriate for deeper exploration of highly personal, layered, or specific situations requiring more focused attention.

How can I join?

Sessions are held through Google Meet and can be joined directly through most modern web browsers without needing additional software.
