Aloha Friends,
I am writing to invite you to join us for an exclusive series of talks featuring the outstanding faculty of the University of Hawaiʻi.
We have heard from alumni and other friends that they would like to hear more about the exciting research and happenings at UH and we hope that these talks will be a meaningful way for us to share some of UH’s highlights.
Information about the speakers and their subjects is enclosed. While we have many fine speakers on the UH faculty, I was very pleased that each of the faculty I approached to participate in this inaugural series agreed enthusiastically. I know you will find them and their topics as interesting and compelling as I do.
I plan to attend the first talk which will take place in January and will be hosting a reception following the event. It would be a pleasure to see you there.
Sincerely,
David Lassner
