About this event

  • 1 hour 30 minutes

Purpose: This is a space for navigating the anger and grief many of us hold on Father’s Day by tapping into the wisdom of our bodies and minds through gentle movement, guided meditation, journaling and collective reflection.

Description: This Father's Day, we invite you to join us for a special workshop designed to embrace our shadows while navigating the complex emotions of loss.

This workshop offers a compassionate, supportive environment for those dealing with the sacred rage, grief, and frustration that can accompany this day. Whether your loss is recent or resonates through the years, this workshop aims to provide a space for healing and understanding.

This workshop is a journey of self-discovery that begins with an hour of gentle yoga and meditation, followed by guided journaling and will conclude with a collective reflection and a moment to share (as much or as little as one is comfortable with).

This event is an invitation to honor your feelings, find strength in vulnerability, and discover a pathway to peace amidst the pain.

To protect our community experiencing long covid and/or immunocompromised, we are requiring masks at this indoor event. Mats, blocks, and masks will be provided as well.
