About this event

This workshop will take place from May 13 through May 17 at 6pm to 9pm with glazing pottery pieces happening on June 3 and 4 from 7:30pm to 9:30pm on both days. This workshop will take place at the LMU Center for the Arts in Cumberland Gap, Tennessee.


Join LMU graduate and artist Belle Blake for a workshop on using the pottery wheel. Participants will learn the basics of using a potter’s wheel such as centering, coning, opening, and climbing their clay into bowls, cups, and more. All levels of experience are welcome.


This workshop is for participants ages 18 and up.


The cost of this workshop is $50. Scholarships are available.


This workshop will be held in person at the LMU Center for the Arts in Cumberland Gap, Tennessee.
