Fake Radio has been captivating underground audiences in DC’s rock scene since March 2023. We play searing and endearing sets, volleying from the tried and true to the bold and new in a mere heartbeat. We pull from the heady tomes of prog rock, the textbook doodles of pop punk, and even the unnerving poetry of post-brexit core. Never failing to dazzle and lift spirits, this is the band for anyone who needs reminding: you can never be replaced. <3

STEPH

STEPH is a pop rock band formed in Spring of 2023 by Stephania Mercado, the lead singer and primary songwriter. The band encompasses Ty Gramling, a bluesy guitarist from Macon, Georgia, Ben Denissen a charismatic bass player coming out of Wheaton, Maryland, illustrious Gabriel Hays, the newest guitar member and most recently, James Adelsberger, a prodigious drummer from Fairfax Station. Bringing a genuine brand of fun to the stage, their shows promise to imprint their sound in the hearts of their listeners with their flirty melodies and soulful guitar laid over punk rock rhythms.
