Spring is in full bloom and outside is slowly opening up, so why not let your inner child run free in the park like we used to do!THE PLAYDATE is a FREE event curated by yours truly to help us adults add more play and self-care to our routine.The COVID-19 pandemic has been so hard on all of us. While we&#x27;re all concerned about the long-term physical effects of the virus, I believe it&#x27;s worth considering the mental effects it could have as well. With so many of us facing hardships, it may be hard to find the joy in every day.Mental health is extremely important to me and I’m excited to create an environment that encourages play, which is an underrated form of therapy. Taking care of your mental health is crucial but it doesn’t always have to be so “serious”. It’s time to take it back to the old school to enjoy ourselves and our surroundings through the eyes of a kid!So grab your:<ul><li>Food</li><li>Drinks</li><li>Camera</li><li>Yoga mat</li><li>Paint brushes</li><li>Roller skates</li><li>Etc.</li></ul>Bring whatever and whoever you need to have a good day!
