We’re excited to partner with our favourite yoga instructor; Jacinta Carmen from The Kind Connective!
Join us on Saturday the 2nd of May to enjoy a 45-minute strong vinyasa flow to energise and ground you. Hosted with ocean views in the room above the Edithvale Lifesaving Club 🌊 (BYO mat, blocks provided) This is where we will meet at!

After the class, we'll walk to Soulpress for a chai and catch up!
You can order any drink you like, it's included in your ticket ☕

Then we will head to Aalto & Tonic to unwind with a 30-minute infrared sauna session 🔥
Detox, relax and recover with your new friends (3 to a sauna, towels provided).

Leave with a thoughtfully curated goodie bag filled with wellness products and exclusive vouchers for other local businesses.
