The Buffalo Theory and Via Alba are doing a pop up 4 course beer dinner on the spacious rooftop at Larimer Uprooted!Beers featuring Barquentine, Odell RiNo, Mockery, and Resolute Brewing Companies will be used for the courses.A mask and a ticket will get you:- Early appetizers and access to cash bar from 6-7- 4 course beer pairing dinner 7-9- Stay late and enjoy after dinner drinks at our cash bar from 7-9If possible please buy your ENTIRE party’s tickets in one purchase.There will be social distancing mandates in place and you must be wearing a mask when not at your seat. This is a 30 ticket MAX event, as to follow Colorado’s event regulations.As always, the menu and beer selection will be updated 2 weeks before the event.
