Dr. Tom Nebel’s earliest recollections are those of being a successful entrepreneur. At the age of six he would construct small wooden ships, pack them in his wagon, and sell them to soft-hearted workers as they finished their shift at the local shipyard in Sturgeon Bay, WI.Since those days he has dedicated himself to creating organizations that work, both in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors, and helping them to get to their best.Tom has served in a number of leadership capacities, most notably as the international director of Church Multiplication for Converge Worldwide, where he was involved in the startup of over 700 new churches across the globe. He has authored six books on the subjects of leadership, coaching, and organizational success.Since 2014, Tom has served (first as a Senior Consultant, and more recently as Partner) with GiANT Worldwide, a leadership consultancy which “builds leaders worth following who lead organizations everyone wants to work for.” His objective is to help companies and organizations improve their capacity by improving their leaders. Tom is recognized as an engaging public communicator and as an effective coach of those seeking to increase their personal, team and organizational capacities. Working across the spectrum of teams and organizations across the globe, he consistently hears these words: “Wow! This is different. This stuff really works!”
