At 6:00 PM Dr. Andrea Gleim, licensed psychologist and founder of Mindfully Mine, opens the experience with a guided mindfulness meditation not to perform, not to perfect, just to arrive.
From there the conversation gets honest. What does it actually cost a woman to live on autopilot? What happens when you are so good at functioning that you stop feeling? Dr. Andrea will walk you through it, with warmth, with truth, and with the clinical lens of someone who sits with high-achieving women every single day.
The evening closes with a private letter-writing experience. You will write to the woman you are becoming, guided by prompts that ask you to look at her clearly.
You will leave with that letter. And more clarity than you walked in with.
