FOOD & LODGING

Conference registration now includes all catered meals! This includes Tuesday (Lunch & Dinner) and Wednesday (Lunch & Dinner). We look forward to the increased time together at our conference where we can break bread and fellowship with one another. We have done our best to provide gluten-free and dairy-free options for all of our meals. However, if you have an extreme sensitivity, you may wish to make different arrangements for meals.

How does the "Family Rate" work?

The family registration rate is for any married couple, with any amount of dependents. Note that children must be under the age of 18 to be included in a family rate.

How much does it cost to attend the 2025 Conference?

Our registration is simple and affordable. The registration price for the 2025 Conference includes attendance and catered meals, but not lodging. We have made special arrangements with local hotels. See our "Food & Lodging" section for more information. Click "Reserve a Spot" above for pricing.

Are overnight accommodations available?

Conference attendees are responsible for their own lodging arrangements, though we are happy to help! We have made special arrangements with local hotels. See our "Food & Lodging" section (above) for more information.

Is there a dress code?

There is no formal dress code. Attendees generally wear what they would wear to church and so there is a good bit of variance.

What if I need to cancel or transfer my registration to someone else?

You can transfer your registration at no cost by contacting sbisson@gpts.edu before February 17, 2025. If you need to cancel, you can be refunded (minus a $15 non-refundable deposit) if you contact sbisson@gpts.edu before February 17, 2025. Refunds are done on a case-by-case basis.

Who is providing the bookstore?

We are planning to once again provide the bookstore in partnership with Reformation Heritage Books, Presbyterian & Reformed Publications, Reformation Trust, The Banner of Truth Trust, and other trusted Christian book publishers.
