What is the refund & cancelation policy?

No refunds. Transfers are allowed if requested by email info [at] vivasthu.com at least 48 hours before the event. Transfers are subject to availability and may be applied to a future workshop within 12 months. Last‑minute cancellations (under 48 hours) cannot be transferred.
