The Pairing Experience is more than appetizers and more than a wine tasting. Throughout the evening, you’ll indulge in a series of curated, elevated bites by Chef T, each thoughtfully paired with one of our estate-grown Three Oaks wines.

Our winemaker, Phil, will join us throughout the experience to walk you through each pairing—why a particular wine was chosen, how food changes what you taste in your glass, what to look for in aromas and flavors, and how thoughtful pairings can elevate both the food and the wine.

This is your chance to taste, ask questions, learn and connect directly with our winemaker in a relaxed and intimate setting. No wine expertise required—just come hungry and curious.

Expect beautiful food, generous pours, great conversation and plenty of opportunities to indulge while learning something new along the way.
