The Operations Roundtable
Join us for a small-group, roundtable-style meetup where professionals can discuss the behind-the-scenes aspects of their work.
Step away from surface-level networking and join us for a candid, closed-door conversation on the realities of business operations.
These monthly meetups are designed for leaders, operators, and business professionals who want to exchange ideas, explore challenges, and gain fresh insights in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Unlike traditional networking events, our focus is on conversation. Each session is capped at a small group to encourage depth over size.
Hosted in partnership with the I HOPE Women's Business Center, these sessions are part of a shared mission to support and strengthen professionals and business owners through education, connection, and practical resources.
Privacy is a priority. To ensure open dialogue, no photos will be taken without permission, and identifying details are not to leave the room.
Past conversations have included:
- Using AI and automation in day-to-day roles without overcomplicating workflows
- Managing 1099 contractors and team expectations in a way that actually works
- Keeping an entrepreneurial mindset while working within corporate structures
- Navigating team growth, delegation, and leadership transitions
- Creating systems that support stepping back, taking time off, or long-term planning
Each session is shaped by the group, so no two conversations are exactly the same.
These meetups are inspired by The Process Lounge, a virtual roundtable series founded by Adriana Richardson of The Lazy Millennial. After years of hosting thoughtful online sessions, we’re bringing the same honest conversations into the local community.
These sessions are currently hosted at the I HOPE Women’s Business Center, providing a welcoming space dedicated to supporting business growth and professional development in the community.
