DRESS CODE! We are announcing that the theme this year is Animal Liberation Barbie. We are asking folks to wear "Barbie" colors, pink and blue.
If you would like to purchase (suggested) here is a link to the jumpers that our ALF Barbie's will be wearing. Feel free to paint your own animal liberation message on your jumper! ***This is a peaceful, NON VIOLENT demonstration.
We encourage attendees to obey city laws, and to not engage in any hostilities with authorities and/or bystanders
***PARKING: We encourage attendees to take advantage of San Diego's bus and trolley system. You can find information on parking trolley station here: https://www.sdmts.com/rider-info/transit-station-parking
CHANTS: Our voices WILL be heard on behalf of the animals. Chants will be pinned on our feed and placed on the backside of signs made by event organizers.WHAT TO BRING:
*All of your friends and family
*Signs---There will be provided signs and banners. Also, feel free to make and bring your own, but please ensure that the messages are non-violent. If you'd like to get creative and dress up for this march, like bringing your own animal mask or wearing a costume.
*Plenty of water, comfortable shoes, sunscreen, hats.
*NO Companion Animals---NO COMPANION ANIMALS PLEASE!!
We MUST consider their safety as it will be too loud for them and the pavement is extremely hot!!! We will ask you to return them home where they will be safe.Thanks again for your support! We look forward to seeing you and uniting for the animals!
