Does the ticket include both the workshop and soft opening launch party?

There are two ticket options: One is for the workshop and the soft opening launch party--this is only limited to 20 people and will be held from 2:00pm to 4:00 then the soft launch party from 6:00 to 8:00pm. The second option is for the soft opening launch party only ($25) from 6:00-8:00pm.

Parking is free and there should be plenty of spaces present, my suite is C, but you are allowed to park in any of the parking spots.
